The person they sent out to treat my ant problem was great. Friendly informative, professional, and man was he thorough. He spent an hour and a half tracking down and treating the sources of the problem. I was very impressed and very happy. The thousands of dead ants around the outside of my house? Not so happy.

Alex was awesome. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and went straight to work until I met him outside. He walked us around the property and explained all he would accomplish both inside the house and out. After he finished, he made sure to ask if we had any additional question. This was a fantastic customer experience.

Jeff Madden was the technician that treated my property today for fire ants. Upon his completion, I called the office to "RAVE" over his personality, his knowledge and his work performance. He is definitely the best service technician I have ever had at my house!!! TOUCHDOWN FOR ME!!!

Johnny is the best pest control person I have ever dealt with. He knows the products and how they work. He is thorough and friendly. He is able to answer all questions or knows who can. Most importantly, he and Rocket Pest Control have been honest from step one. We have termite and pest control services with them and they have been on point.
